A Look at the Future
Thursday, October 30
7:00 p.m.
UMR, Room 414 (4th floor of University Square)
Hear from local futurist, Stephen Troutman, about the future of Minnesota … future trends, demographics, and a peek at medicine, education, and technology futures.
A Look at the Past
This event was held on Thursday, June 26.
The Honorable Judge Kevin A. Lund conducted a walking tour through downtown Rochester and explored the architectural history of our beautiful city.
A Look at the Present
This event was held on Thursday, August 28.
The University of Minnesota Rochester sponsored the Chatfield Brass Band's performance on the Peace Plaza. Earlier in the day, events included student demonstrations in the U of M Tent, guided tours of the UMR campus, celebration of "Beautiful U Day," and the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting ceremony at UMR Student Services.
