As Assistant
Director for Industrial Liaison at the University of Minnesota Rochester
(UMR), Dr. Licari handles the local Digital Technology Center (DTC)
activities in SE Minnesota. He also coordinates and participates
in research initiatives at UMR.

by the SOTA TEC Fund.
