About the Development Office

Welcome to the University of Minnesota Rochester (UMR) Development Office. Our mission is to enhance and promote the quality of education, research, and public service at the University. We appreciate your interest in UMR. Thanks to the support of alumni, staff, and community friends, UMR has grown significantly in strength and enrollment over the past several years.

We are working closely with Chancellor Stephen Lehmkuhle to continue efforts of "Building Tomorrow's University Today". In pursuit of this goal, we look forward to forming new partnerships throughout our community and beyond.

As we build on the tradition of excellence at the University, we will continue to rely on gifts and grants from individuals, corporations and foundations. The generosity of our donors helps ensure that the University is a reality for many students who would not otherwise be able to afford higher education.
