| Neil Broadwater serves as
a Regional Extension Education – Livestock with the University
of Minnesota Extension Service. He is housed at the Rochester
Regional Center although he has state-wide programming responsibilities.
Broadwater is responsible for planning and conducting seminars,
workshops, meetings for dairy producers and agri-business personnel
connected to the Dairy Industry. He also writes news articles
and conducts radio programs. He works in a team relationship with
other Regional Extension Educators and University of Minnesota
Extension Specialists, Researchers and faculty located throughout
the state.

Presently working with the U of MN Agricultural Engineering
Dept and facilitating a Milkhouse Wastewater demonstration project
in Winona and Goodhue Counties. This is a Federal 319 grant
through the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
