Applying for Financial Aid

CCE Students

Students admitted to Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree programs and College of Continuing Education (CCE) certificate programs may wish to use the Financial Resources Wizard at http://frw.cce.umn.edu/frwizard.

FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)

To apply for financial aid, all students must complete the FAFSA, available from the financial aid office each year. You may complete the form online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov or request a paper copy in the Student Services Office.

Founders Free Tuition Program

The University of Minnesota Founders Free Tuition Program combines federal, state, and University grants to cover 100% of tuition and fees for Minnesota residents. Students who qualify for the program will not have to pay for tuition and fees at the University of Minnesota. Visit http://www.founders.umn.edu for more information.
